Would anyone here be alright if I declared winners just to get the thread moving again? For the same thing happened in the first round of the 1st User Icon Battle. Of course, I'll be thinking in terms of would would logically win in a fight.

I had to take action since some of the users who signed up for this aren't as online as the others. So naturally the users who were online more won.

No, it isn't cheating just as long they haven't start ANY fights yet. Once they start fighting they can't chance their icon until they either lose or win the entire User Icon Battle.

Bad news to those who actually enjoyed the Training Room from last year's user Icon Battle: The Training Room is closed this year due to overuse and damage repairs.

However, I've made a replacement for it called the Creature Creation Lab, which is something that anybody can use, not just contenders.
