To get 10 XP, you need to rate 5 movies and games per day. Art does not count, and neither does music. It has to be games or movies. When you rate a game or movie, the site will tell you how many you have left for the day.
Submitting stuff will not get you any XP.
You have to VOTE on games and / or movies. REVIEWING will not count towards your EXP.
To vote, you need to click one of the buttons labeled 1-5 underneath all of the 'artist info' on the left-hand side of the page. See the picture for reference:
