Hi art forum.

I want you to post some observational digital art, whether its yours or someone else's. Please read this carefully: I am not talking about paintings done from photographs or drawings based on screenshots. I want to see work that was drawn directly from life using a stylus.

To make it even more clear, here is an example of one of mine:

I set up a plush fox on a stool, set up my laptop a few feet away on another stool, and used a stick-measuring method to draw/paint this plush fox.

I'm mostly just curious. I did this as a personal and academic experiment into the nature of traditional figure drawing vs the new digital era. Would like to see other peoples' results.

Well, kind of. En plein air means "in the open air" i.e. on scene, generally reserved for outdoor landscape paintings but in a broader sense could be expanded to mean "from life" I suppose. But yes, if you know of any plein air digital paintings I'd love to see those.
