That aside, could you guys give me at least a couple of tutorials regarding speedpainting, concept art, grayscale, game dev, and more, like studies over human and animal form.

I honestly dont know what to say, just draw a lot of studies if you want to learn how to draw things like just gather reference and pull from it when you paint and draw and the studies help with your own visual library so you wont need to much reference for some things
