Make a Change May

As of May, I want everyone here on the forums to make a change in May, or try something different, and when the month is up, see if it has benefited you in any way.

What i'm going to do is instead of listening to rap and hip-hop, I'm going to listen to more instrumentals. Because hip-hop and rap can make me feel good, and bad depending on what it is.
