I am currently in the process of establishing a 24-hour online radio station (Socialist Radio) that will be streaming various podcasts, lectures, interviews, and discussions from a broadly left-wing perspective, along with music from various radical artists. Our crowd funding appeal will be posted on May 1st (aka May Day/international Labor Day).
At present, I am looking for 2-3 female voice actors who can [convincingly] pull off either a standard British or standard American accent (British preferred). The scripts you will be reading will be fairly concise (seldom exceeding 1-2 minutes per recording). Candidates must be able to provide me with relatively high quality Mp3s of their readings, in order to be subsequently edited into audio files that will integrated into our broadcasts.
As our project develops, and our financial objectives are met, the need for additional [more diverse] voice actors will correspondingly increase. I am, therefore, encouraging all interested parties -- even if they do not meet the criteria for this particular appeal -- to respond to this message.
