I mean it has been confirm for awhile now that EA Digital Illusions CE (DICE) is developing it.

Mass Effect says otherwise, and in fact there are a lot of games that EA has produced that are actually quite good. Say what you will about their greed, they do make good games. Plus, considering how LucasArts shitted on the Star Wars game franchise over the years, (Kinect Star Wars to name a few) it's much better that DICE has development control and give it new life.

Plus I think Disney gave EA exclusive rights to Star Wars games a while ago, so it makes sense that they'd have one of their studios handle it.
Disney has only approached DICE exclusively with Battlefront. Not EA as a whole.
