You just smile and walk-off. You don't think about it. You ignore or if that doesn't work, punch the pillow a couple of times. Then, look for a book on magic and if you can't find it ask somebody who can.
Try to spend time learning from it. When your done reading, realize the reaction you must give. Try to explore your surroundings. Do what makes you proud.
Truth is, I deal with dicks all the time and that's how I come by. The world is not easy and you are going to have to face it. The best method can never come from people, but from you.
Although, if you want to see which method works for you, I could show you my book. It has always given strength and I don't go around sharing anyhow, but I know it has to come from you.
Be calm, don't think about it, ignore, and let it out every now and then. If it doesn't work, ignore and diss the person when the time comes.
