Me and a group of friends like to animate things and such in flash, and we found it hard to collaborate with all our different styles and techniques. So I ask new grounds this: what's the most effective way to collaborate on one single animation with multiple people with multiple levels of talent?

Back in my days of animating, it seemed better to delegate specific tasks to specific people. As in, have one guy doing general background, another guy doing hardline background, and another doing characters.
If you have multiple peeps doing characters at the same time, it's probably never going to match without an established agreement on an art style.
Collabs are fun though, good luck!
