So in this hypothetical world males can only produce semen for one ejaculation, their bodies wouldn't produce anymore after that initial amount. How would this change behaviour and society?

Would there be a cult attempting to get people to waste their single load to lower population and perhaps make the race extinct?
Would there be chastity used to prevent people from masturbating to keep them able to reproduce?
Would there be scientists extracting the semen and either trying to find ways to reproduce it or keep it stored for as many artificial pregnancies as possible?

What do you think would happen to the society of such a world?

There are several species of insects who engage in sexual cannibalism, where the male gets eaten before, during or after copulation, so in practice they're only capable of ejaculating once before dying, unless they escape, which is rare. Those species are still around, so I don't think it would be that big of a problem if this unlikely scenario came to be.
