In this thread, report any Audio Portal submissions which break the rules detailed in the Audio Portal Guidelines.
I would like to make/upload a remix soon with vocals of a song; in which everything else would be my own instruments. With the credit given to the original song for the vocals (and setting it to remix in the project manager), it would not end up being reported here, would it?
I really don't want to be banned, and I just want to share my remixing skills with the project etc.
Doing exactly as you described will be perfectly fine. To make it easier on everyone, point it all out in your author comments too, like talking a little bit about the work you've done and whatnot.

How can you tell who scouted a certain audio submission?
Ask one of the audio mods
It's also worth clarifying that it's not submissions that get scouted for the audio portal, but creators. That is, once they've been scouted, anything they publish will be available on the audio portal.
