searching for code editor for linux

Hi folks, the last months i were working on my first game solo and now i switched from windows to linux (ubuntu).
to now Flashdevellop was my weapon of choice but it ain't working on linux, do you have maybe any suggestions?

There are some efforts to run FlashDevelop on non windows systems.
None of them really worked as much as I have heard.

A lot of people are into sublime text.
There's obviously eclipse, FDT.

I use the jetbrains IDE, which is not free but pretty rad.
FDT also comes in a non free version with additional features.

It's called IntelliJ by JetBrains. Unless I've been missing something in the last 6 years of using pretty much every single Java IDE ever developed, I remember it being free.

It's called IntelliJ IDEA and there is a free version that does java development, indeed.
But in order to do As3, you need the ultimate edition which is not free.

There's a plugin for Eclipse called AXDT, but it hasn't been updated for ages.
