Spiral Zone. For a saturday morning cartoon, it was pretty well thought out.
Spongebob Squarepants up to "Where's Gary?" and Courage the Cowardly Dog.
I was masochistic enough to enjoy being scared shitless by Courage and I still quote Spongebob nonstop to this day.

I grew up with and love ed edd & eddy, its also one of the best cartoon shows of all time in my opinion.
The Maxx! URGH I didn't appreciate it fully back when I first saw it on Mtv, and when I rewatched it years later, I melted with joy over the course of watching the whole thing.
Ooohhh... I got quite a few...
Scooby Doo (original series & What's New Scooby Doo)
TMNT (not the old one, the 2004 one)
Batman : The Animated Series
Pokemon (Kanto - Johto)
Jackie Chan Adventures (BEST SHOW EVER(I still watch it))
Dayum, I still love practically all of these... *inhales nostalgia*

Ren and Stimpy, Reboot and Freakazoid.
Dragon Ball, Ed Edd n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog and Alf.
I guess SpongeBob SquarePants. I had a really shitty childhood for TV shows. I didn't have satellite TV until 2008 or 2009 when I was 10 or 11.

Which one? The Original, The Live-Action, or the 2003 series?

Ed Edd 'n' Eddy. I went as one of them for Halloween. That show was my life.

The original of course, I didn't care for the Live-Action and I also enjoyed the 2003 series
Static shock
Batman the animated series
Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd century
Xiaolin showdown
Fosters home for imaginary friends.
I never really watched kid cartoons when I was young. I mean, I watched spongebob and stuff sometimes, but I usually watched Doctor Who (Tom Baker) and Red Dwarf.
Pinky and the Brain, as well as Gargoyles.
Street sharks
Biker Mice from Mars
Earthworm Jim
Freakazoid, Freakazoid, Runnin 'round in his underwear!
Rugrats
Pokemon
Hey Arnold
Looney Tunes
Hey Arnold!
Garfield and Friends
Ren and Stimpy
SpongeBob Squarepants (Up until the fifth season. The fourth season was subpar, but it kept getting worse.)
Tom and Jerry (The cinematic shorts from the 40's to 70's)
Pink Panther (The ones from the 60's or something)
How come nobody's said Dexter's Laboratory yet? The original Gennedy Tartakovosky version, ending with "Last but not Beast" and "Ego Trip", not the second series.
An even older example: PIRATES OF DARK WATER. Too bad it never got completed.
They should reboot Pirates of Dark Water. Also Swat Kats.
