I think Alexander Bell is. He wasn't just one of the greatest inventors, but he also spent tons of time helping with the deaf community. He had a world impact and I think he gives Canada a better name than any hockey figure, musician or politician.

I think it's great. It effectively reduces the salaries to right about where Bettman wanted them , just without an actual salary cap. It may piss off a lot of the higher payed players, but in the long run I think all the teams will be better off. Maybe with less salaries to pay the ticket prices will be lowered :D
