Save up some money and build a gaming PC. Have a desktop for gaming and a laptop for mobility.

i just bought postal 2 and i got insurgency not longt ago but i need to up grade a few things.
i use have postal 2 but i torrented that a few years ago when i didn't trust the sites that sold it and i lost the install file when my other laptop got fixed.

I think it's fine to run Gta: SA. You can try out a bunch of older games which will probably run fine on your PC. GOG.com has a bunch of older games at cheap prices.
