I'd say the "problem" there is that I highly doubt he has spent more than an hour on anything he's ever uploaded.
If he spent more time working on his stuff and put more effort into it he'd more than likely have higher rating on his submissions.
Just start making those flashes anyways and ignore your critics because most of them are assholes anyway.
