Have you noticed many restaurants say they are the "best ____ in town" or the best in the county. For example, there's this diner in my neighborhood that sells burgers, sandwiches, and milkshakes and was closed in 2011 but reopened in 2012 after two people bought it, but still kept the name and concept of the place but slightly altering the menu. They had a video in which one of the owners said "some of my customers tell me that they come up to me and say it's the best burger they've ever had." He also boasted about how, "you're not going to find a better burger in town" in the middle of the video.

Of course I know they are just advertising their product and trying to expose people to the positive feedback they get from their customers, but it is a little odd how multiple restaurants will proclaim that they are the best of a certain type of restaurant, in town. A number of restaurants that sell primarily burgers say "Voted Best Burger in the County" and it is pretty conflicting.

Fuck this, I'm going to stick with fast-food chain restaurants if that's the deal.

I usually find that little family owned joints are very nice and flavorful. I really like them and usually when i find one it inst that bad, actually better than fast food.

Of course this is my personal experience

Down here BK is called Hungry Jacks and they're pretty great. I haven't had fast food in maybe half a year though. It's over priced garbage. It's gone in five seconds and looks nothing like on the menu.

If you're ever passing through Dallas via 635, (or hell even I-75), go to Coit, and just south of 635 on the west side of the road next to that CVS is a place called "Burger Bueno."

That fucking kitchen is blessed...everything they do is just...amazing.

Best part about it? They don't even try to gloat about being the best burger in town...their food speaks for itself. It's a little independantly owned, hole-in-the-wall kind of joint, and its just...my mouth is salivating violently just thinking about it.

I looked up this place on Yelp and it looks good. I also love how, in addition to burgers, they make gyros. Sweet.

Its just advertising. its called card stacking.

There is no REAL way to see if its the BEST whatever so they imply it is so they can have your money :]

My favorite combo at McDonald's is a McChicken (Or a Spicy McChicken) with ranch sauce, a Medium Fry, and a Large Coke. It's the cheapest combo, for the best calorie to dollar ratio, at about $4, $3 if you take a glass of water.

I'm seriously unable to stop using this photo edit shit. It's more addicting than the food I love!

I dunno if McDonald's tastes like shit in US too, but here I can't put that thing in my mouth. Hands down for Burger King all the way.

It's total shit. The only reason to go to McDonald's is for the fries. But that said, Burger King is only mildly better. If you want a fast-food burger that's edible, you go to Jack In The Box.

I usually just buy a lb. of hamburger and grill up my own. I make sure to drain as much grease as I can and compliment it with american cheese on wheat hamburger buns.

Home made burgers are better, than any fast food joint.
But my favorite burgers when going out are from Five Guys Burger and Fries.

Best Burger for a heart attack is the Baconater from Wendy's. The only vegetarian ingredient is the bun.

A fast food chain on the East Coast boasts having the "biggest slice in town!" which means that sticking to mainly fast food may not provide an escape from "home of the ____"

Best Burger for a heart attack is actually the luther. 4 pounds of angus beef, a pile of bacon, cheese, and onion rings sandwiched together between 2 crispy creme doughnuts.
