Im developing a fighting game that revolves around hitting the right input at the right frame, and I was wondering, would creating classes be easier for me or will it just be better coding on the frames?

It is always good programming practice to code on classes. However, you're question is on the ease of implementation. Definitely coding on frames is easier at the start. But don't expect it to be easy once you scale to tons of lines of code
