All it is is a series of image boards, directed at many subjects. Toys, cars, fitness, guns, among others. Nothing really innocuous about it, honestly.
However there is the board "/b/" is is dedicated to "random" no subject in particular. That's where you get all the porn, child porn, spam, viruses, and other things.
Sometimes raids will affect other boards, but normally /b/ is where the vast majority of the "action" happens, be it attacks on the site, or "anonymous" getting together to raid a site, place or otherwise event.

A lot of boards dont really have any hate, but /tg/ is definitely one of the most friendly as long as you dont mention coasters, feminism or quests threads.
