Ingest some paracetamol or aspirin, keep well hydrated, keep mental activity to a minimum (but keep distracted). If well hydrated, stimulating blood flow can also help dissipate the pain.

lol, no Luis. I will not submerge my head in water because it might get rid of a headache. Thanks for the suggestion though.
