Audio Portal Invalid Mp3

So I'm trying to submit a song to the Audio Portal, but it won't let me upload the MP3 file I've created (see error below).

It is under 15MB and it is sampled at 44.1kHz, like the Portal requires. Here are a few other specs:

File Type: MP3 Format Sound (.mp3)
File Size: 586 KB (600,984 bytes)
Length: 00:01:14
Bit Rate: 128kbps (I've tried everywhere from 64kbps to 128kbps)

I created the file by exporting a .WAV from LMMS, then converting it to .MP3 using Adobe Soundbooth.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

I'm having the exact same problem as you are, right now -- I've been trying to submit something and this is the result.

Try removing any special characters from the file name, this has caused problems in the past for a lot of people.

The latest Adobe suite of programs uses an MP3 codec thats pretty shitty. My Adobe Audition mp3s wont upload either so i render as WAV and convert in foobar2000 with the free LAME mp3 codec which works fine here on Newgrounds. If Soundbooth supports custom codecs then download the LAME codec. If it does not, download foobar2000 or a plugin compatible format converter and it should work. CBR or VBR works fine either way as long as its 44.1 khz.

This just happened to me a day or two ago. Try clearing your cache in your browser. That worked for me.
Also, try putting underscores in the filename instead of spaces. Good luck!
