I would guess, relative to the thread. For example, BBM coming in here makes everyone look like less. If you were in a thread where everyone was level 5 or under, with less than 100 posts and you had 1000, you would look like a regular.

If you've made it up to level 20, then you're not new, because it should take you about a year to make it that far.
As for post count, about 1,000 to 1,500 posts.
personally, I think it's about level 10, 500+ posts and having an account for at least two years.
I would say that when they know the rules and I've seen a few of their posts, and remember their username.
Although I would consider regular users at level 10 or up with a post count of 1000 or up.

by the way, I should clarify.
I don't actually mind new members... I just don't really consider someone part of the website until they reach that prerequisite.
You're new until you have at least ten alts and know how to work that shit.

That makes me feel even more bad than the previous statement.

I agree with the years but I think they need to be at least level 11, and like 2,000 posts. And coming back regularly.
When they start making a good number of quality posts on a regular basis. Some of the best posters have less than 3000 posts, or a very low level.

Anyone can be an awesome poster, that doesn't make them a regular on a certain forum.

Hahahahahaha. Sorry buddy. Looks like Im gonna be a regular before you. 'Chuckle'
I think it should be by year and posts, not level and posts. Its ilogical to not include the year in all of this.
Depends, I might seem new but I've really been lurking on this site since 2006 (just got a new account). Your not new after you've reached up some levels and have about 100 posts in the forums. But to be a regular it depends when the account you got is signed up. Like this account is signed up in 2008 and comparing to Asandir of signed up the same year I might not seem like a regular user, but I'm not new.
Heads or tails?
Whatever level and post count I am...
And it rises with my post count.

Level 19, around 3,000 posts.
At least one year of non-stop depositing and a good post for every ten days or so.
