Anyway, I just finished playing the hipster game... it's odd, but not necessarily in a good way. I thought it'd be more about actually killing the hipster than some awkward platform-jumping folowed by emo-esque puppet animations.

Meh; technically sound it may be, but if 'Spore' proved anything, it's that technical achievements alone do not a good game make.

The fact that a hentai gallery was voted first it just sad. That hipster game is OK, but I didn't play it long. It kept lagging on my computer and after a few minutes it made flash player crash. It's not the game's fault, it's my cheap-ass computer's fault.

I think I finally understand how Ernst Röhm must have felt in his last moments (though it's reported he was still laughing as they shot him, because he thought it was all a big wind up).

Dramatic? Maybe. Undeserved? No. The foundations of NG was built on semen polished flashes, you take this pillar away and the rest will fall into a pile of spooge.

Ehh, it's OK, but it looks a lot better than it really is, IMO. If you like making random shit, it's a good game, but if you're more interested in doing things with said shit you made, it's a bit of a disappointment. The games you end up playing are pretty shallow, once you get past the creativity aspect of them.

Also, although there's always at least 2 ways of playing each game stage, it's plainly obvious which way the developers wanted you to play them (read: passive / peaceful / act-like-a-pussy-to-everyone-else etc.), which does kinda shoot the whole concept of multiple play style options in the foot.
