...no, i'm alright thanks. I should have known. Your last drawing is definitely the worst of your lot, please just go back and improve on your pictures, work on the shading etc. instead of pushing out picture after picture of low quality.

I'm a little unsure about the background, right now it looks like... it's infront of him? I don't know if this is what you were going for, but I think it would look better behind him. I'm also not a huge fan of such a distracting background either. I also noticed that the light source may be off a little, I'm not 100% on light-sources and shadows, but it looks like the light is coming from above and slightly in front of him, so shouldn't his body/face be lit up a little bit more? Could this be... the stud muffin's distant cousin?

You still would want to put the spiral on the layer behind the cupcake.
It should also be centered behind him, not off the the left.
