How come my transitions work when I'm playing the game through the GameFactory. But when I upload it to Newgrounds the TRANSITIONS don't happen.. HELP!!!

I had this problem before. Flash simply can`t do the transitions. Sucks I know, but I looked it up on ClickTeam. Why they are even in there is a good question. Unless now, there is a way to do them that I haven`t found.
