It was last night.
Just got the call a few hours ago.
My parents are divorced, so I haven't seen him in a while...
Fucking Christ...
This is some tough shit.

Funny thing is, my dad said his dad did the same thing. He calls it a family curse/tradition.

Well he just lost someone, he probably just wants to rant to people nothing wrong with that. Come on he may not know any of us in reality but talking to anyone in person or online about something like this helps a bit. Just remember if you had lost someone and you were an avid user like we all are you'd want to tell people. I know I would.
Iv'e heard a heck of a lot of people here lying about deaths.
If you are lying; its sick,
But, on the contrary, if you aren't lying, im very sorry for your loss.
This too will pass.
Memento mori
If your actually serious im very sorry for your loss as its about me be Christmas :(

I've been suicidal before and made it out alive.
I've already surpassed my forefathers.
My dad did what he did out of depression. I should have been there for him, as a son, as family, even when no one else did.
It's a shame I couldn't have broken the cycle for just one more person.
if you showed him this fast enough he would live...

Don't beat yourself up over it. You couldn't have known and I doubt he'd have wanted you to feel guilty.

Don't blame your father's death on yourself. If he truly took his life due to depression, there's nothing you could have done or said to stop it. Even if you weren't as close to him as you'd like to have been, suicide was your father's decision. It's not a tradition, nor cycle, it's a decision. Don't be like your forefathers. Because as upset as you are now about your own father's suicide, the same will your family be if you decide to follow the same route. I have a father who doesn't live with me either, I know how it feels not to be close to someone. Your father couldn't live his life, but you can live yours. Be strong, man. I'm truly sorry for your loss.
LOLOLOLOLOL RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS TOO LMFAOOOOOO.
Oh, sorry for your loss /generic response.

But wait... if it's such a curse/tradition then how did the next generation of dads come?
o.o
Wow, that's got to be though...
I'm sorry for your loss...
Pretend not to care about anything, but be bothered by everything.
You may be fast on the roads but it's no use on the track.
