I'm not drawing with charcoal nearly as much as I wanted to, but I drew something last night. It's referenced (a lot) from this one.
It looks a little deformed. The original is already black/white so... yeah, I'll try with a colored one :(

AHAHAHAHAHA nice use of contrast here! :D However the hair looks a little lacking, I know your using charcoal (but it's ok if you sneak in some dark "Non-Charcoal" Medium in there to add little details that you wouldn't be able to get with just charcoal! :D :D)

I can't take much credit for it since all I did was copying the original. I'll try doing that. I use colored pencils with pastel sometimes, and charcoal is a little similar to pastel. I guess none of them is good for little details :(

Thanks!! It was just kind of a doodle, but if it was a whole painting, I would clean the edges with whatever the background color was.

Alright lovely girls and boys, NOBODY has seen this before. I was working on this over a year ago, it was just some kind of test, I didn't have the intention to finish it at that moment.
It's a little game, with crappy controls and badly drawn graphics, but I'll repeat it, it was just a test!

Use the arrow keys, space, and mouse to play. Click the "recharge" button if you run out of fuel.
. There's actually no real porpuse on the first screen, so once you're bored of burning stuff and collecting coins, just right click and "step forward" (TWICE).
. At the second screen, you have to open a door by typing in a secret password. There's a guy who gives you a hint. It should be easier if you saw The Shining. Put the cursor over the signs to see your location. If you get stucked, just right click and step forward.
. At the third screen, just take the key and click the door (while in front of it).
. Fourth screen! This one may be challenging and frustrating, so I understand if you right click it. You have to jump on the blocks and run all the way up! Don't forget the key or you'll have to start over again.
. Fifth screen, just some piano keys.

I will make it a whole game someday, I just have to learn ActionScript 3 cause I don't want to keep using this shitty engine. I will also remake the graphics, cause, as you could barely see at the following picture, I fucked up the guy's shirt with some lame design.
