You never really know the full amount until you see it with your own eyes, what do you think about the amount of moderators on Newgrounds, is it a good/bad thing? Do they do a good job?

Personally i've the opinion that no other mods than BBS-mods should stand out in the BBS.

Of course there should be some sort of tag for other mods too, but I think that belongs in respective mod-fields profile the way NG looks now.

It's nice that mods from other fields than BBS get recognition for what they do through gold auras (except icon and genre-mods looloolol), but the forum is the forum, and alot of new users gets confused with the yellow auras.

Mods from other areas than BBS can be banned from the BBS for acting retarded, just like any other reg. Difference is that if a moderator acts up, they will risk getting booted from the mod-team alltogether.

I agree that only the forum moderators should stand out above the rest on the forum, well then in that case.. all other mods shouldn't have gold auras aswell!

i have no idea how things are scripted now, but i'd guess that the more "established"/traditional mod-parts (save icon mods lololololl) gets access to the OMG SUPER GHEYSECRUTT FORUMS they need + get the yellow aura.
We had a short burst of icon-mods in one of the ROTFLOLOMFG SUPERSECRUTT forums a short while, before they grew too many and were banished from the LMFAOPENIDOMFG SUPAHAWESZUMSECRUTT forum and getting stripped from their yellow piss-aura. FOREVUUUR!!1 baaaahahaha!

Yeah I remember (being one of the first icon mods) seeing all the super secret stuff, and super secret stuff posted about me back years ago!

That was before PsychoGoldfish came online and icon mods were cast away from super cool gold aura mod status. Hopefully one day when most of the work is done, icon mods will regain their throne and all the volunteer mods will be revoked again.
