That is why usage of the PM system is crucial. I cannot stress that enough. When you pm me, I will conduct a thorough investigation on the mark. Once the kill is confirmed, I will reply. Then you collect your scalp.

On another note, I am adding a ranking system. It is based on your amount of scalps, the amount of scalps you got in a short period of time, activity, effort, and copypaste detection. I may also give a small reward to the first person to get 50 scalps.
