Depends on how much you can buy it for. To sum it up quickly, it has a piss easy and blatantly rushed 4-5 hour campaign with horrible and boring characters, a multiplayer component with the DBNO mechanic removed (unless you're playing Execution) and only 6 maps, 2 of which can only be played in the admittedly fun Overrun and Survival modes. Oh, and Survival is pretty much you + 4 other players playing from the COG Overrun perspective against 10 waves of enemy AI bots instead of human players, and it's the replacement for Horde mode.

In terms of gameplay mechanics, the active reloads are gone, movement feels slow, cover system is clunky and unresponsive, you can only hold two weapons which can be swapped out with the Y button like in every single console FPS ever and grenades can be quick thrown with LB without having to equip them.

There is more to say, but that's all you need to know. No harm in trying it out I suppose, just don't expect anything special.

Also got 30g from Gears 3 from wrecking some bots in multiplayer as a full team of a same character from each faction. I must be definitely losing my marbles because I'm really into Gears 3 again, and I am considering going for Seriously 3.0.

I'm planning on it as well if I fail to get into Uni. Achievements will give my life meaning.

Finishing Halo 3 on Legendary, Cortana is without a doubt the worst Halo level ever made. Yes, worse than The Library.

Currently working on getting silver medals for all of the game modes to unlock the glorious Chairman Prescott (again). Almost got my Onyx medals for the Gnasher and Retro, grinding out the other weapon medals on Raven Down is gonna be fuuuuuun.

Something along the lines of "WE WANT THE CALL OF DUTY AUDIENCE". It should've been a crazy big expansion for Gears 3 without the dumb mechanics they introduced, not a separate full priced game. Oh well.

Bought MGSV: GZ for the Xbone on sale, got 500g from it so far. Lots of jagged textures and rough character models compared to the PS4 version which understandably bugs the shit out of me, like almost everything else does in life.

My gears of war 3 progress was wiped, and with 120+ or so hours. Tried all the solutions to no avail. That's the end of my achievement whoring days I think. Probably a good idea since I'm starting Uni in September and don't need any distractions.

I'm not on the board any more but I feel like I should post whatever gaming achievements I've had.

My Internet went down for the past 2 weeks and 1 day, only just came back up today much to my pleasure. Over the past 2 weeks I've played 11 hours of Minesweeper, disarmed 13,000 mines and played just over 1000 games.

Gotta' do something when the Internet is down.

I know you said that you've tried all solutions, so probably a silly question to ask, but have you deleted the new profile data that the game created for you and tried recovering your account? It's worked for a small amount of people apparently, and I haven't seen that solution mentioned much, worth a try?

Well if it makes you feel better, there's a permanent 10x XP multiplier in multiplayer (and maybe Horde too) now, so if you play King of the Hill for about 2 hours a day for a week straight, win most of your matches and get 1st or 2nd place consistently, you'll hit level 100 really quickly!

Did you lose a crazy amount of stuff when you got reset? When I got reset 2 months ago, I lost Chairman Prescott and about 20 or so Onyx medals including the Onyx camo for the Hammerburst, Gnasher and Lancer. I've also lost my Flaming camo for the Retro Lancer which I still can't get to reappear :(

That also reminds me, I should probably copy my saves onto a USB stick, having a backup in the cloud is good and all, but I guess I should keep everything extra safe.

Holy fuck dude, you had it way worse than me, I only had 7 onyx medals. I wasn't to worried about levels because of the permanent multiplyer, but damn that's a loss.

That also reminds me, I should probably copy my saves onto a USB stick, having a backup in the cloud is good and all, but I guess I should keep everything extra safe.

Definitely something I'll be doing after every session.

Spec Ops The Line is absolutely fantastic. As far as linear military shooters go I'd put it right up on top, probably followed by CoD4. Would recommend going through it in one sitting if you can manage, it's only about six hours. All of the achievements are pretty easy too but require multiple playthroughs for the different choices.

I definitely second this, the fact that it just carries on without an extended gaps between missions or anything means it's so much more immersive when you do it all in one go.

I've been ill... again :'(

Finally got 1000/1000g from Watch_Dogs tonight. I really, really wanted to enjoy the game, but it's just so average. Bloody huge waste of potential, and I still question why Ubisoft seem to have a raging boner for scattering tons of collectibles on their games. Still, I guess it's an okay choice if you want a quick blast through a sandbox game for a cheap price.

Oh and me and my friend managed to get 10 kills whilst playing as leaders in Guardian on Gears 3. Gotta love that Ivory skin <3

I don't even remember the last time I visited this thread. Not counting a couple of days ago, I haven't touched my 360 in forever. And the only reason I did that was for intoxicated Rock Band with a few friends.
