Pumpkin Carving 2009

It's time for the annual pumpkin carving competition!

1. Get a pumpkin.
2. Carve it with a Newgrounds theme.
3. Castle Crashers and Alien Hominid pumpkins should also enter the Behemoth Pumpkin Contest!
4. Post your pictures in response to THIS THREAD.

You are welcome to post your pumpkin in the Art Portal but please tag it with pumpkin2009, so people can view a gallery of entries!

You can check out the 2008 and 2007 winners but don't copy them.

For tips, read about how Wade carved his own face five years ago.

Prizes:

1st - $50 Store Credit
2nd - $40 Store Credit
3rd - $30 Store Credit

UPDATE: Sorry for all the posts I deleted in this thread but I felt like it should get straight to the pumpkins. Now I feel kinda bad because people should be able to compliment the pumpkins, so maybe that will be ok as more actual submissions come in... But we had kicked off with two pages of jibber jabber and non-NG pumpkins and it just felt messy. I dunno... shrug.

Multiple entries are allowed! Deadline is October 31st.

Though I did not carve this one with the topic in mind (I carved it a few days ago), I still want to post this. I will say this ties in with Dad 'N Me, but with a, well, different look. Oh I have it, the "Dad 'N Me live action movie pumpkin carving." Ah, who am I kiddin' XD. Expect a new pumpkin around Halloween though, and I was actually planning on creating a Newgrounds themed carving. Isn't that just so ironic and coincidental? Anyways, enjoy this for now :)

I'll post my previous years. EVERY year I'm like 'hey i should enter that NG contest' but then someone gives me a sweet idea and I end up doing it instead.

I'm gonna do my roommate's face in a pumpkin this year, but if I have time I'll grab an NG drawing and do one.

Previous years - consider them as inspiration rather than me trying to brag because I realize they aren't very related.

Hey hey!
I carved Angry Faic with a flame background and newgrounds on the side. I did a vector trace with flash, and transferred it to the pumpkin. All the rest was freehand. I tried not to half-crack the angry faic like other submissions just to get a submission in.

Used toothpicks to hold parts in. Sawed them off and touched up at the end.
