I don't know about that man , I don't sharpen my skills nearly as much. I would like to create a personal art thread of my own but I don't have a alot of stuff to display.

The foreshortening seems off. I know there's issues with the angling and anatomy of the arms, but as for the other aspects, I'm not entirely sure if I could name them individually. I think the best thing would be to use a reference.

The other big issue that I see here is that there is no direction of light. All of the highlights and shadows are random and originating from every which way. It also strikes me as odd that there's a good amount of shading on the arms while there's hardly any on the face. The shading on the hair doesn't portray the way that the individual locks fall. Obviously, you don't have to shade in extensive detail like you would in realism, but the cell shading that you have doesn't really do the job right in my opinion.

I think that there's something wrong with the perspective and positioning of the mouth. Again, considering using a reference.

The head looks like it's at an unnatural angle, twisting too far to the right.

Yeah...this was actually hard when there is no existing picture of this perspective(the pic was only front view). You just gonna have to imagine and build up your confidence....Nah....it was actually pretty easy.XD
