Welcome one and all to the 'NInt3ndo Art Collab'. If you don't know who I am, I'm the creator of the quite well known Notepad Drawing Collab 08,09. I have also made art collaborations Such as 'NG Styled ART' and the 'NG Poster Collab'.

I know this is a very original idea, but I've never seen any actual 'proper' art collaborations like it. Plus it's always fun to draw Nintendo characters, especially when you can draw them anyway you like^^

Basic Idea~
The idea of this art collab is to draw some kind of Nintendo character in your own kind of style and change the character(s) however you like. Think out of the squire, like make Mario as a gangster or a bum. This will be set up as an art showcase (like the Notepad Collab) and will be put into an artist poster which will show all the drawings in the collab. That will become available to anyone that wants it.

Rules/Specs~
Dimensions: 660x510 PIXELS
Background colour: Transparent.
Nudity, violence, blood/gore allowed~
NO RUSH JOBS!
The following files are accepted-
.FLA (Adobe/Macromedia Flash), .PS (Adobe Photoshop), .SWF (Shockwave Flash file) and .PNG (Portable Network Graphics).
Name your .FLA, .PS, PNG and/or .SWF file with your username. e.g Nintendo_JKAmovies.FLA

File Sending~
Files must be sent in Flash 8 formats. If your part is drawn in Photoshop, send your Photoshop file (CS3 or lower). If problems occur trying to send .FLA files, send a .SWF file instead. If your part has been exported into a PNG format, make sure that the BG (background) is transparent.

Qualification~
Art must be very well detailed and must reach my expectations (which are pretty high). Must spend AT LEAST 15minutes on your work.

Deadline~
Deadline will be set October 20th (May be change).

How specifically nintendo must the character be? I couldn't do like, cecil or some shiz from FF2 just because it was on SNES, it has to be straight from nintendo like mario or samus right? Or could I use characters like that?

I've got a bunch of crap that I need to get done, so I'll probably be pretty busy in the foreseeable future. If I have the time I'll definitely whip something up for this.

Man.. I wish I was more into the whole Nintendo universe. But with a bit of research then Im sure I can find some character worth drawing.
