Watch 'Superjail!' or 'Tim and Eric Awesome Show; Great Job!'. Both [adult swim] original series, they are hilarious.

Not the absolute best, but certainly one of the most enjoyable I've watched these past few years.
I like a lot of stuff on BBC, and other British shows on other channels, the Boosh especcialy.
