I can access everything fine, but whenever someone sends me a link to something or if I try to upload something it gives me this 'Forbidden 403' thing.....What do i doooooooooooooooooo?!?!?!

I'm getting that too, use http://upswf.com/, it's wicked fast and easy, no wait times for people to see your files too. It's just like STW.
