Yeah, you could easily just ad block the ads that aren't ad blocked as well. It's actually better than before because when the original ads were ad blocked, the box on the left would stick out and cover things. Now it's gone with these ads. :S

I hate the new anti-ad blocker advert. The whole point of installing an ad-blocker is that you don't see the adverts!
