nope, you can make your own BUT it has to be a forward facing head, and you have to add the EMPTY template before you add yourpicture.
that way other people can use your template aswell if they like.

Here's something I did. The template was bad quality so I traced it and it came out odd..Still, it'll do :)
I call it: "Shocked", for obvious reasons.

Yeah yours is awesome, better than some of the others without paint!
I don't use drawing software or anything much though. I saw this guys thread where he used paint to draw loads ,it was amazing.
