So, Im putting together a cooool thread that has all the awesome and amazing virtual gadgets and plugins available for the MAC OSX. If anyone has and recommendations, please post them here so I can add them to the list!
I'd be interested in seeing this thread. Are we talking about freeware mac VST/AUs? One I use quite a bit is TAL-Elek7ro

Im doing a section for free and paid VSTs / AUs. I literally just diwnloaded TAL-Elek7ro. Im excited to start using it.
Im starting my DAW from scratch and reloading it with synths and effects on my new computer, so i am looking for new horizons. So far I have discovered SugarBytes and Arturia, two amazing companies for software synths and tools. Im compiling my list together and posting soon.

That's awesome, man. I wish you'd done this about a year earlier, haha.

Yume Nikki

I think I found a Mother/Earthbound influenced game. I am a huge fan of Earthbound, and this looks pretty similar. Yume Nikki is free source, so it's free to download and play. The OST is pretty neat, and I like the graphical style, judging by the videos. I'm playing this tonight.

Example of OST, check it out :p

Great, not only do the "Supporter" icons no longer show, but everyones descriptions have been changed to either "Admin," "Moderator," "Member," or "Supporter". I was my "Musician" and "Audiophile" description back :C

Also, please tell me your favorite VSTs/ AUs for mac so I can continue compiling my MAC Virtual Audio Tools thread! :)

But it still is, it's right under the user's level.

Doesn't seem to be showing up for me. Supposedly, the whole feature wasn't suppose to go public, but someone found a link or something. I'm sure they're just ironing out problems with it.

So I now own Komplete 8, and Mbox Pro, and a bunch of other software

Oh I thought you were referring to the Supporter Banner. I do see the little titles still

So xkore is coming to my area and my buddy is opening for him. I may consider going if I can just chill backstage or somethin.

Now, the real question is...what kind of homo erotic photobomb on xkore would you guys like to see? I thinking of just getting a normal picture going, but then right before it goes off I have two friends next to us pretend to buttfuck and I make an awkward gesture as if xkore told them to do it. then i have a third person pants him so it looks like hes about to join.

perhaps too elaborate. ill probably just sit in my basement as per usual and not go.

Yeah on safari I can only see "Member" "Supporter" "Admin" and "Moderator", plus no supporter badge shows up. The star behind a supporters level icon is red, however. I guess it was only like that for a few hours because now its fixed again. That feature was not supposed to go public yet. There are a lot of bugs. ;/

Response to The Audio Forum Lounge 2012-09-10 15:38:21

Scratch that, i still see that error on my other safari browser as well. Looks like its a browser issue.

I brought that game up... I can't remember how long ago in this thread. Feels like it's been a year or something.

In any case, the game is really interesting and awesome, but in the end it feels/is incomplete and you become bitter at the fact that in reality it contains little gaming value. You want it to keep being interesting, but once you beat it... That's it, y'know?

I wonder what would happen if you calculated sound propagating through 4D geometry instead of 3D geometry and with a point listening source?

Do you guys get bad reviews for some of your songs for no apparent reason? I dunno... It sorta sucks when someone rates your song a super low score and doesnt leave a message or a comment as to why exactly they gave you a bad review... Is there any point in that? Unless they're trying to lower everyone's score on the new songs page so that their songs get more views... But seriously? Man... It bugs me when people give me a random low rating... Which I honestly wouldnt mind if they would just comment why... O.o

Seriously... I would sorta like a justification for the rating of a song... Especially if it's a critical one... :P

Oh god, please don't bring the zerovoting whining into the lounge...

Yes, it sucks, zerovoters are the scum of the earth, we know, stop caring about your score and focus on the reviews. And if you absolutely must bitch about them, please do it here.
