It would be much easier to find the abusive reviews if you sorted the reviews by rating so the last page (the one you posted) would include the low rated reviews instead of the oldest reviews. Most abusive reviews have a low rating but not all low rated reviews are abusive.

It should be easier to search numa numa dance's abusive reviews with this link:

Certainly not, especially if it's his own phone number. There is nothing about phone numbers in the reviewing rules and that user doesn't affect the privacy of another person so not flagging the review until a review mod types the opposite would be a wise choice.

I am still unsure on whether flagging old reviews has a negative effect on you whistle or not.
Does flagging old reviews have a negative effect?
If it does have a bad effect, then how old do the reviews have to be, or how recent do the reviews have to be for it to have a positive effect?

If it is, he's not an abusive reviewer, just not a very helpful one. He writes short reviews just to help his review count, however, they're not abusive.

Well, you are right about this: Do not post TONS and TONS of crappy reviews just to get high in the rankings

However, even though his reviews are not long or extemely helpful, he does say what he likes or doesn't like about the submission, so his reviews aren't totally worthless.
