Final Fantasy VII always delivers the goods when it comes to the sound track. This has to be up there as one of my favorites, so I felt like doing a little tribute.

I actually start this one before Tribal Rites, maybe it was inspiration for my latest original...who knows. Wouldn't be the first time Nobuo got to me :D

Should loop pretty nicely.

I haven't played but the beginning of seven unfortunately. However, this is beautiful. Love what you did. Are any of the instruments in fact authentic, or are they synthesized, because quite a few sound authentic, like the guitar before the solo kicks in. The flute is also really nice. :)

RyeGuyHead responds:

They are all Logic synths, but some of the sounds might be recorded samples for all I know. I did spend a lot of time mastering them to make it sound more authentic though :)

For instance, the flute part is actually played on two different synths. One had a quicker attack, but almost no sustain. The other sounded much better when the notes are being held out.

You should really finish the game!
