Cotton Overdrive bring you a new sinister blues track about knowing shit is about to hit the fan!

We produced and recorded this one our selves - Kim was the one in charge of all the technical mumbo jumbo. He has bought him self some recording gear, so expect to hear more from us in the near future.

Acoustic guitar, Slide guitar: Esben Kristoffersen
Thunder and madness guitar: Jonathan Roman
Bass: Ulrik Kristoffersen
Drums and effects and general wizzardry, as well as keys (litteraly, house keys and such): Kim Martin Nielsen
Vocals: Kasper Lundsfryd

We have a facebook page - so go like us there if you like us here :)

As per request from fellow NG user SirUndead, here are the lyrics to the song (apparently I sing with a potato in my mouth)

I see smoke rolling down the hill
It's a joke moving in for the kill
But I ain't dead yet
No I ain't dead yet

A big black hound
Snooping around my door
Things are worse
Ever been before
But I ain't dead yet
No I ain't dead yet

I see bright light
With my pale blue eyes
It's a train
Moving in disguise
But I ain't dead yet
No I ain't dead yet

I feel flames
Down below my feet
But I know
I can stand the heat
But I ain't dead yet
No I ain't dead yet

Update: I'm a bit older now, heard this song when I was about 12 in "Evening Of The Son", back then it was just a kickass song I really vibed with.
Now it speaks to me on a deep level, I'm older more roughed up by life and I feel death's grip closing in on me.
Maybe you can understand by my previous statement that this song now speaks to me on a spiritual level and it is yet another way I find to push through the hardships of life.
I'm forever grateful to Lundsfry/Cotton Overdrive for giving me comfort in such trying times.

Hi I am very impressed about this song! I made a Video for youtube how i drew Logan(the new movie) and this song kinda reminds me of the Trailer Music. I wanted to ask if i can use this song in my Video?.Ill credit you and put the link in the desrciption. Thanks man for the great work!!

Lundsfryd responds:

Sure, go ahead. Send me a link to the video, if you do :)

i really like this song evening of sun brought me here

Lundsfryd responds:

Thanks man, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

I like the somber mood. Can I use it in a video I made for Fallout 3 (How fitting)? I really like this.

Lundsfryd responds:

I don't see the problem. Just remember giving credit and sending a link :)

The dark, dramatic mood and slow stomp kinda reminds me of some of Cash's later work, but only a bit. Great tune. Keep it up.
