Super Mario Bros. 2 has an incredible end theme. Its simple enough for me to recreate, but is beautiful enough to be accompanied by some other instruments.
I used a VST called Peach for the 8-bit
refx Nexus 2 for the classical instruments
and my own thing for the "guitar" xD
