<> I am really having trouble everyone. I use a musical program called Madtracker2. I don't use FL8, or Reason. The way the interface is set up, won't even let me put effects on VST's. Let alone I am stuck with basic equipment, that is entirely worn out, (Had it since 2000). I don't live in a wealthy family so please let's not start talking about FL8, Reason, Able, etc. I can't afford it D:< I am not giving up though.
I will continue trying to make atleast the mellow side of trance that doesn't have gates, or all these massive effects. I will just rely on my beautiful pulses of melodies, my interesting formations of sound, and even later when I get better I will be using alot of voice clips. If you are reading this, I need all the advice I can get, like should I add onto this song? What should I use? Any sound suggestions? ^^

Hey..

Just heard this song.. I think it's still ambient-ish genre, maybe that's what genre you're destined to make =P. (Joking)
To be honest, I'm not a fan of dissonance in music, it makes sound awkward. I think using more harmony is better, to my taste.
This song's a bit repetitive, but you've done a really good job building up tension in this song. Just that the ending was a bit sudden, the song didn't have time to break down. The weird noise that pops up didn't really did much.
I think this has some potential, if you add more melodies and such. Great job on this. =D

Thankyou. I am really trying. I am glad everyone understands that I have to start somewhere. Also, once I get trance down. I am going to put Ambient, AND Trance together. You know how awesome that would sound? Also, sorry about the dissonance. This song was me trying to see what a ''trance'' song would sound like
with off-key notes. :/ Because a dream is very obscure, and it's definately not in focus. It's distorted, and twisted. Thankyou for listening, and relating to why the song is the way it is. ^.^

Not Bad

For the limitations you have, it's pretty well done. All I can really suggest is maybe add some deeper kicks, but idk if thats one of the limitations your faced with :(.

Actually funny you said that. I actually gave it deep kicks, but the melody wasn't working out after that transition, so I just cut it short, to seek help from people.
Glad you enjoyed what I had to offer. I am trying to make it better though, and won't stop doing so. I actually gave my 1st song pretty nice kicks, but it's not trance D:<
Also, my 3rd trance song ( I AM NOT UPLOADING IT. XD) Has HEAVY bass kicks, but I screwed up the song, it even has arabic at the end XP. Thanks for the review ^^
