If you haven't played Cave Story, then you're missing out on that reference. Google it, play it, love it, get pissed at the secret level, remember it forever.
For those who have played Cave Story, this is a remix I made of "Last Battle". It's probably the heaviest remix I've ever made because it's the first time I'm utilizing fountains of double bass drumming. It's also very inspired by Joren de Bruin's (Tensei's) remix of the same track which was OCR-approved and can be found here:

When I was making this remix, at first I couldn't settle on a name. After repeated listens to my old betas, I simply imagined this track playing during the -actual- time when the phrases I quoted happened. Resulted in a simple title, but it's exactly what I imagined.

So I was randomly watching youtube videos when i heard somethings that sounded like cavestory music, I checked the description and found this. And then i realised you were one of the guys of ASCIImator... talk about coencidence...

I'm dissappointed...
from me since I a) didn't ever play this game
b) don't know how to spell dissappointed (wtf?)
this was as epic as the songs i remember. showed it to my gf and she liked it as much as i did!

Cave Story all the way, baby! Love it to bits. Has the energy without the speaker-busting annoyances of other loud metal submissions on this site.

Awesome
I have played Cave Story. And now I wish this was the final battle music. This brings out the intensity that battle was. I played it on hard. so you should know how intense that can get. Awesome!!!!
