Some well-written parts in here. The structure issue is an opinion.

No music is bad; thus, 5/5 and 7/10. The 7/10 is my opinion, and the 5/5 is the quality.

Needs more structure

This one is alright, you did well incorporating the emotions into the piece, the snare drum adds to it. However, this song needs more structure. The part at the end where it gets louder is ok, but still sounds like random notes. Melody is key, so you should focus more on that next time, you know?

there is a melody. Where the song gets louder, the very beginning, and the xylo repeats it when the others are playing whole notes

Hmm..

This was a spur of the moment thing huh? It seems like there is absolutely no planning of any parts. there are some parts that sound cool but they also dont sounds intentional.
