I'm not going to lie and say this is great. Sadly, it's not. I knew what you were trying to go for, but you didn't reach it. The intro was pointless. It added absolutely nothing to the music as far as melody or neither did it lead into the melody as a tense chord that when it finally lets up, it sounds crazy. The melody was off-kilter, but I liked it. However, if this was given more Drum n' Bass style drums in the back, it would sound killer and it would actually make more "sense" than it does now.

Like chop up and remix the Amen break and use it as the drum beat, and you'll have something more artistically done.
