"Good job"

Great song, officially one of my favorites (although not quite the favorite, for reasons I will disclose). You did great with the general melody and the up-beat, motivational feel, although the base is the same from start to finish, minus the piano-led interlude at about the middle. This causes the song to feel repetitive, which is bad, to say the least. The other problem I have with this song is that you always return to the same 'chorus', which means the bird never flies far enough from home to find its full potential, and you tend to bounce around between the same few melodies, even if you do mask them a bit with a small amount of variation, which works a bit in your favor.
All in all, good melody, etc., just try to be a bit less repetitive next time.
