Just kinda testing what I can do with Reason 4. Once I really know what I'm doing I'll have much more of my music being made in Reason.

"reason 4 indeed does rock my socks"

yeah, this was okay, but make the drums louder and some of your leads lower and more passive imo that would make it sound better and less cheesy. having those basic waveforms at high octaves jst sounds cheesy to me, idk lol

but yes reason 4 is titee!! ive been experimenting with it too lol

Yerr, like I said I'm just kinda messing around right now. Thanks for the advice, I'm liking this mixer much better than the one in FL. It's a bit more intuitive, and I think I'll really be able play with it a lot more than I did in FL. Thanks for the review, I'll be sure to go check out your stuff when I get the chance. <3

"Really, really nice."

Everything mixes well. But for some reason, I don't really fancy the piano you bring in at 1:09. I think a soft synth would do much better for the environment of the song. It still fits pretty well, though.

Thanks so much! I was actually pretty psyched to play with that piano sample so I just wanted to put it in here to see how it sounded. Anyone who was heard my older music may recognize that melody, yes it's recycled from a couple other songs. And you can be sure that I'll be putting out more stuff with Reason.

It appears somebody's going around and voting 0 on all the new portal songs x_x

I've wanted to try Reason for a while. This is a really nice song, though. The beat stays true, and all the synths and the piano come together and flow very nicely. Great job.

Ehh, yeah this is why my songs always hover around a 3.2 or so even though I get pretty good reviews. Prolly some speedcore fanboy who 0s any song slower than 430bpm.
