Phew...much things to work on. First off, what was that strange clipping in the song...was that meant to be drumming!? Oo
IF so then...woah...damn man, not good at all. Didn't fit, not a bit. If you want an easy to use and cheap drumprogram for the start, get a hold of beatcraft. You can find a trail version of the prog. here:

The guitar sounded more like it was a big...very big improvisation the hole time through. The tune lacks of any structure. Though, I have to say that the playing itself was solid and there is a base you can work on.
Piano didn't fit at all. The notes were often different to the guitar playing. Not a real benefit for the track. Btw...what did you do 2:30? Wham, your sound just changed into something bit "better" there.
Overall I say...phew...much to work on. I hope I wasn't to offensive with my review and I hope you'll take some things as an advice for your future stuff.

Nah, the thing wasn't offensive. I know it needs working on. I'll make it better!
The thing at 2:30 was a change in dynamics. I haven't mastered the dynamics changer on Cool Edit, if i left it the same, it would have sounded much much worse. I'll try to work on geting the shit before that point to sound the same.
As for the drums... that's just a shitty electronic drum pad I have.
And the Piano, I'll work on chaning the melody of it to match the guitar.
