Here is an isometric game shop I made for the pixel poster collab.
Once again, I use paint.
Looks good.
A gamestore,heh! I like gamestores. Because you can buy games there.(DUH!)
This looks very good. It is very small,you could have made it a bit bigger. This could be a bit better,but i love it!

Um, well you could download flash trials and use photshop. I just used paint so, I am not really the best one for advice on drawing programs.
